My family and I were traveling from Norman, Oklahoma to Midland, TX when we started hearing a scraping or grinding underneath our Lincoln Navigator. We happened to be right outside of Seymour when it started. We pulled in to the Double C Service center for help. Randy immediately put our car up on a lift to diagnose the problem. It was a skid late that had been halfway pulled off and was scraping the ground underneath the car. He removed the plate and we where able to get home safely. I offered to pay but he did not take my money since it was such a "quick fix" that took only approx. 10 minutes. This gesture speaks volumes on the generosity and character of this establishment and the owner, Randy. It is hard to find that kind of service.
